The partnership of Neumann & White Home Builders started long before the business came to be. Dylan and Cory have been best friends since the third grade, when a shared classroom turned into a lifelong partnership. From an early age, they talked about building something of their own—working side by side, and creating a future they could be proud of. What started as childhood conversations and dreams eventually grew into a shared vision for quality craftsmanship and honest work.
Years later, that vision became reality with the launch of their new construction company. Starting off with buying, renovating and selling over 15 homes, leading into building land and developing. Built on trust, friendship, and a strong work ethic, Dylan and Cory bring the same dedication to their clients that they’ve brought to each other since day one. Together, they’re committed to delivering high-quality homes while building lasting relationships with every project they take on.

Cory Neumann
Cory is a lifelong New Fairfield resident who was born and raised in a real estate family. A third-generation real estate broker, Cory carries on the legacy of Neumann Real Estate, the respected firm founded by his grandfather. Since beginning his real estate career in 2014, Cory has built an exceptional track record, successfully selling more than 400 homes and earning consistent industry awards for his performance as a top producing Broker in the area.
Cory’s deep understanding of the local market has been instrumental to the success of Neumann & White Home Builders. His expertise provides critical market insight, access to off-market land opportunities, and the real estate knowledge necessary to guide strategic development decisions.
Cory lives in New Fairfield with his wife, Alyssa, their one-year-old son, and their two dogs. His strong roots in the community and multi-generational experience give him a unique perspective and a genuine commitment to the area he proudly calls home.
Dylan White
Dylan is a lifelong New Fairfield resident with deep family roots in the community dating back to the 1950s. He grew up working alongside his father, a highly respected builder and master craftsman, where he learned the trades and developed a strong foundation in quality construction and attention to detail.
After leaving New Fairfield to pursue collegiate athletics, Dylan went on to earn both his undergraduate and master’s degrees in business. He began his professional career in corporate America, where he developed valuable skills in management, operations, and strategic planning. While that path ultimately led him back home, the experience provided a business-driven perspective that now plays a key role in his approach to building.
Dylan resides in New Fairfield with his wife, Mary, and their dog Sadie. He brings together generations of local knowledge, hands-on craftsmanship, and modern business expertise in everything he does.
